Pickup Point Status

This is just a quick post to say that we’re currently doing some patching to the back end of our Pickup Point, which will mean an interruption to some of our normal services. This only really applies to people who order to the Pickup Point, otherwise it’s business as usual.

There’s nothing too spectacular happening, but if you’ve placed an order in the past few days and haven’t received a notice to say that it’s arrived at our Pickup Point then the ongoing patching will have been the cause. In all likelihood your order has arrived but the notification hasn’t been sent out. The same will apply to orders placed in the next few days.

The easiest way to deal with this is to take the time at which you receive an invoice and then wait two working days. By then it should have hit the PUP. While we understand that it’s not an exact science, it’s generally very reliable. If you’re worried that something you’ve ordered may have held the order up for any reason or if you’d just like to confirm that your order is actually here at the Pickup Point, then you can shoot us an email at service@komplett.ie and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a confirmation 🙂

Sorry about the trouble guys, we’re working to have it fixed as soon as possible.
